Ordering Information

We offer several ways for you to place your order. Our goal is to make placing your order easy and secure for you, our friends and customers.

You have the ability to either process the order on-line, or print out the completed order and fax it to us or mail it, using the postal service.

On line orders can be paid for either
by Credit Card or Pay Pal.

All online orders are processed over a secure connection for your safety and ease of mind.

What is Adobe Acrobat®?

Adobe Acrobat is a standard file format for electronic distribution. To read an Adobe Acrobat file (also known as a PDF file) requires Adobe Acrobat® Reader. Adobe Acrobat® Reader is free, and freely distributable, software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

Payment and Sales Tax Information

Full payment, in U.S. dollars, is due with each order. We accept money orders, personal checks, VISA, and MasterCard.

We bill your credit card on the day of shipment. We release orders with a personnel check on the date of bank clearance. On custom made orders, or special orders, we bill your credit card, 50% upon receipt of the order, and the balance, including shipping charges, on day of shipment.

Please: NO cash or stamps through the mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for its loss.

Returned checks will carry a $25.00 service fee.

We do not accept any C.O.D orders.

JBall Graphic Design collects sales tax based on the destination of the order. Local and State taxes will be collected if your recipients mailing address is Utah.

Prices

Pricing may change without notice. Any items may also be discontinued without notice.

Delivery

We generally fill and ship orders within two (2) to three (3) business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

   We will normally ship via U.S.P.S. First Class, or Priority Mail. Please include a COMPLETE street address AND zip code for on time delivery. We are NOT responsible for delivery to wrong addresses.

Note that all patterns and books are available in Adobe Acrobat® Reader (PDF) format and can be sent to the recipient electronically via email as oppose to being sent through the mail. As a result, Adobe Acrobat Reader files are processed much faster and they invalidate the need for any shipping costs.

International - Foreign Shipping (Outside Continental United States)

International shipping (outside USA and Canada) is now available. Will ship via Global Priority Mail to 51 countries listed on the Country Listing Table.
