2013: Remembering Star Wars

This year's North Logan Pumpkin Walk theme was "A Walk to Remember". For our pumpkin carving display we decided to "remember" Star Wars with our favorite Star Wars characters from one of our favorite movie series. I was particularly pleased with how well Padme Amidala turned out, I feel I was able to capture her expression. I was disapointed with Anakin Skywalker. It just didn't capture his likeness as well as wanted to in the pattern and the carved pumpkin turned out even worse. The other favorite carvings I liked were Admiral Ackbar, Landon Calrissian, and the Ewok.
